In order to be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your reservation 72 hours before the event. Any time after that we cannot offer a refund. Please understand that we work business partners well beforehand and guarantee a specific number of attendees. This means that if a person does not attend, that we are still responsible for all expense of that person. We are able to keep our price point low by making sure that each spot on our tours is valued. By purchasing today, you are acknowledging that you understand this.
